Pickle Guacamole
175ml¾ cup Bick’s® Garlic Whole Dill Pickles
1 tomato, seeded and diced
45ml3 tbsp lime juice
½ clove garlic, minced
30ml2 tbsp Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
Sauerkraut Salad
250ml1 cup finely chopped Nappa cabbage
250ml1 cup finely chopped Bick’s® Wine Sauerkraut
30ml2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
30ml1 tbsp finely chopped Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings
30ml2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
15ml1 tbsp olive oil
30ml2 tbsp brine from Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings
1: Combine all ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.
2: Serve Pickle Guacamole and Sauerkraut Salad on a platter with salsa, Bick’s® Baby Dills, sliced chorizo, queso fresco, radishes and tostadas
