1: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease 1.5 L (1.5 QT) casserole dish.
2: Soak tomatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and chop. Beat cream cheese, eggs, and feta cheese on medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes or until smooth. Fold in tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3: Spread evenly in prepared dish. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or just until set around edge and slightly soft in centre. Serve warm with sliced bread or crackers.
