Ingredients

71g each4 hamburger buns, halved

15ml1 tbsp Canola or Vegetable Oil, divided

50ml¼ cup prepared light or regular Caesar salad dressing, divided

1/4lb / 4oz each4 cooked beef hamburgers

14g / 1/2oz each4 slices light or regular provolone cheese

10g each / 1/4oz4 slices grilled pancetta

50ml¼ cup oil packed sundried tomatoes, chopped

250ml1 cup arugula leaves

20 Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings

Directions

 1 Preheat barbeque grill to low. Brush buns with oil and place oiled side down on grill. Cook until toasted, about 30 seconds.

 2 Remove and brush bottoms with Caesar salad dressing and top with arugula leaves.

 3 Place burger on top and then cover with pancetta, sundried tomatoes, hot pepper rings and cheese.

 4 Place remaining bun on top and press down to form a sandwich. Enjoy.
