Per Sandwich
1 soft submarine style roll, sliced
Mustard and mayonnaise to taste
3 Bick’s® Sandwich Savers® Extra Garlic Pickles
55g2 oz cooked pork roast, sliced
40g1½ oz deli sliced ham
16g½ oz swiss cheese, sliced
Nutritional Information
1: Preheat Panini press to high.
2: Spread bottom of roll with mustard.
3: Cover with pickles.
4: Top with roast pork, ham, swiss cheese, mayo and top of roll.
5: Grill on press until cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
Warm ham on Panini press prior to putting it in the sandwich. Don’t have a Panini press? Just use a frying pan and press down on sandwich with spatula or bottom of heavy pot. Be careful!
This is a great sandwich for using up last night’s pork roast.
