1: Chicken Schnitzel: Heat oil in large skillet.
2: Meanwhile, combine egg and seasonings in one bowl, and panko and seasonings in another bowl.
3: Dip chicken into egg and then coat in panko crumbs. Carefully place in hot oil, and cook until golden brown, about 1 minute per side.
4: Remove to a paper towel lined plate. Spread hamburger buns with kicked up dressing. Top with chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion and Bick’s® pickles. Enjoy!
