Greek Style Charcuterie Platter

Ingredients

Greek Yogurt Dip

250mL1 cup Greek Style Yogurt

½ clove garlic, minced

2 Bick’s® Baby Dill Pickles, grated and squeezed dry

15mL1 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped

30mL2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

15mL1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

Directions

 1 Combine all ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste

 2 Serve Greek Yogurt dip on a platter with Bick’s® Whole dill pickles sliced, Bick’s Onions®, Bick’s Olives, fresh cut figs, walnuts, fresh oregano prosciutto and pita bread.
