Zesty Spinach Dip

¾ cup (175 mL) Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish
2 cups (500 mL) sour cream
2 cups (500 mL) mayonnaise
1 pkg (10 oz/284 kg) frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 pkg (45 g) dry vegetable soup mix
1. Combine all ingredients for dip.

2. Cover and chill until serving. Stir well before serving.

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Chilling Time : overnight

Makes: about 5 cups (1250 mL)

Tip:
1. Hollowed out peppers make colourful serving dishes for dips
2. For a less spicy version, replace Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish with Bick’s® Savoury Tomato Relish.
3. For a healthier version use light sour cream and mayonnaise.
