Prosciutto Beet Bites
24 slices Bick’s® Sliced Beets, drained
1 cup (250 mL) cantaloupe cut in 1” (2.5cm) slices
2 oz (50 g ) prosciutto, sliced

Candied Brie 'N Apple Treats
1 apple, cored and sliced into 6 rounds
6 small slices Brie cheese
6 tbsp (90 mL) Bick’s Wine Sauerkraut, drained
2 tbsp (30 mL) candied nuts, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings, finely chopped

Sweet and Salty Gherkin Skewers
12 cubes (0.5”/1 cm) aged cheddar cheese
12 Bick’s® Sweet Gherkins
12 seedless green grapes
Prosciutto Beet Bites

1. Wrap 2 beets and 1 slice of cantaloupe with 1 slice of prosciutto. Secure with cocktail pick.


Candied Brie 'N Apple Treats


2. Top each apple slice with cheese, sauerkraut, nuts and chopped pepper rings. Serve.


Sweet and Salty Gherkin Skewers

3. Place cheese cube, gherkin and grape on small cocktail toothpick. Serve.
