Smoked Salmon Platter with Dill Pickle Cream Cheese

Smoked Salmon Wrapped Gherkins
1 jar (375 mL) Bick’s® Sweet Gherkins, drained
200 g (4 oz) thinly sliced smoked salmon


Dill Pickle Cream Cheese
8 oz (227 g) cream cheese, whipped or regular, softened
1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped Bick’s Garlic Dill Pickles
1/4 cup (50 mL) green onions, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) capers, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings, chopped, optional
Smoked Salmon Wrapped Gherkins

1. Wrap gherkins with smoked salmon and secure with toothpick.

2. Serve on a platter with Bick’s Sliced Beets, sliced cucumber, cocktail-sized pumpernickel bread, Bick’s Sour Cocktail Onions, and Dill Pickle Cream Cheese.

Dill Pickle Cream Cheese

1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with smoked salmon platter.
