Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad

½ lb  (225g) penne pasta, cooked and hot (about 5 cups/1.25L)
½ cup (125mL) prepared balsamic salad dressing.
5 cups (1.25L) grilled vegetables (see recipe above)
½ cup (125mL) light feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup (250mL) pitted black olives
¼ cup (60mL) Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings, chopped
1. Combine hot pasta with remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Serve immediately or chill overnight.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Freezing: not recommended

Makes: about 12 cups (24 servings)

Tip:
1. Like most pasta salads, this one is best made a day ahead, so give it time for the flavors to mingle overnight.
