Italian Grilled Cheese

1 (3 oz) ciabatta roll, halved
2 tbsp (30 mL) Bick’s® Zesty Onion Relish
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh basil, chopped
1.5 oz Bocconcini or Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 Bick’s 50% Less Salt Baby Dill Pickle, sliced
1. Preheat panini press or frying pan to high. Spread the base of the ciabatta roll with 1 tbsp (15 mL) Bick’s Zesty Onion Relish. Top with fresh basil, cheese and pickles and spread remaining half of roll with remaining relish. Grill on high, 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Freezing: not recommended

Makes: 1 sandwich
