Muffuletta

1 (1 lb) large round Italian crusty bread
2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared Italian salad dressing, divided
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh basil, chopped
4 oz salami, sliced
4 oz deli turkey, sliced
6 oz Havarti cheese, sliced
6 Bick’s® Pepper Rings-Hot
4 Bick’s Sandwich Savers® - Extra Garlic
6 Bick’s Banana Pepper Chunks - Mild
2 slices red onion
1. Slice off top of bread cross-wise and pull insides of bread out to make a deep well.

2. Brush inside bottom of bread with 1 tbsp (15 mL) dressing. Layer in the ingredients filling up the bread cavity. Drizzle remaining dressing over the layers. Replace lid of loaf, wrap tightly in plastic and place heavy frying pan or other heavy object on wrapped bread, to press it down. Refrigerate overnight, slice into wedges and serve.
