Opa! Burger

125 mL plain yogurt
1 tsp (5 mL) garlic, minced
2 tbsp (30 mL) Bick’s® Tangy Dill Relish
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh mint, chopped (optional)
1 large pita, warmed
5 Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings
2 slices red onion
2 tbsp (30 mL) tomatoes, chopped
4 oz lamb kebob, grilled (recipe to follow)
3 Bick’s Sandwich Savers - Extra Garlic
4 oz lamb cubes
3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1. Tzatziki sauce: Mix all ingredients and set aside.

2. Lamb Kebob: Combine all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Discard marinade and grill or broil lamb over high heat, about 1 minute per side, until no longer pink in the middle.

3. Brush warm pita bread with tzatziki sauce. Top with sliced onion, chopped tomatoes, grilled lamb and pickles. Fold pita and serve immediately.
