Spicy Charcuterie Platter with Hot and Spicy Spread

Spicy Charcuterie Platter
1 log Black Pepper Crusted Salami, sliced
1 wedge Spicy Jalapeño Havarti Cheese, cubed
Bick's Hot Pepper Rings, Cocktail Onions, Crunch'ems® Pickles, and Sliced Beets
Habitant® Olives
1 bunch fresh green grapes
1 carton cherry tomatoes

Hot and Spicy Spread
8 oz (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped onion
4 Bick’s® Ultimate Garlic Baby Dill Pickles, chopped
1/4 cup (50 mL) Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Bick’s Hot Pepper Relish, or to taste
1/4 tsp (1 mL) Worcestershire Sauce, optional
Spicy Charcuterie Platter

1. Arrange on a platter the salami, cheese, breads and crackers, grapes and tomatoes as desired.

2. Place Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings, Cocktail Onions, Crunch'ems® Pickles, Sliced Beets and Habitant® Olives in small serving bowls and place on the platter.

3. Serve with Hot and Spicy Spread.

Hot and Spicy Spread

1. Combine all ingredients. Serve with Spicy Charcuterie Platter.
