Cheesy Baked Pickle Dip Platter

Cheesy Baked Pickle Dip Platter

1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
2 cups (500 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Bick’s® 50% Less Salt Garlic Baby Dill Pickles, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings, garnish, optional
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine all ingredients and place in oven proof small casserole or gratin dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Broil for 5 minutes if crispy top is desired. Garnish with hot pepper rings if using.

2. Serve on a platter with Bick’s Dill Pickles, skewers of cocktail onions and gherkins, bread sticks, pita chips, and crudités.
