Smoke and Fire Burger

1 tbsp (15mL) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15mL) Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish, or more to taste
1 hamburger bun
1 beef patty
2 slices cooked bacon
2 slices smoked cheddar cheese
Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings to taste
4 Bick’s Sandwich Savers® Extra Garlic Pickles
1. Combine mayonnaise and hot pepper relish and spread on hamburger bun. Set aside. Grill beef patty until no longer pink inside. Top with cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts. Place burger, bacon and rest of toppings on bun.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Freezing: not recommended

Makes: 1 burger
