4 (71g each) hamburger buns, halved
1 tbsp  (15mL) Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil, divided
¼ cup (50mL) prepared light or regular Caesar salad dressing, divided
4 (1/4lb / 4oz each) cooked beef hamburgers
4 slices  (14g / 1/2oz each) light or regular provolone cheese
4 slices (10g each / 1/4oz) grilled pancetta
¼ cup  (50mL) oil packed sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup (250mL) arugula leaves
20 Bick’s® Hot Pepper Rings
1. Preheat barbeque grill to low. Brush buns with oil and place oiled side down on grill. Cook until toasted, about 30 seconds.

2. Remove and brush bottoms with Caesar salad dressing and top with arugula leaves.

3. Place burger on top and then cover with pancetta, sundried tomatoes, hot pepper rings and cheese.

4. Place remaining bun on top and press down to form a sandwich. Enjoy.

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 2 minutes
Freezing: Not recommended
