Chili Macaroni

1 lb (500g) ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 can (28 oz/796 mL) tomatoes, undrained
1 can (28 oz/796 mL) kidney beans, undrained
1 can (19 oz/540 mL) tomato sauce
1 cup (250mL) uncooked macaroni
1/3 cup (75mL) Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish
1 tbsp (15mL) chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
1. Sauté meat, onions and peppers in large saucepan until meat is no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients, except for cheese.

2. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is cooked. Serve hot. Sprinkle each serving with cheese, if desired.

Cooking Time : 35 minutes
Freezing: excellent

Makes: about 8 servings
