Grilled Cuban Style Sandwich

Per Sandwich
1 soft submarine style roll, sliced
Mustard and mayonnaise to taste
3 Bick’s® Sandwich Savers® Extra Garlic Pickles
2 oz (55g) cooked pork roast, sliced
1½ oz (40g) deli sliced ham
½ oz (16g) swiss cheese, sliced
1. Preheat Panini press to high.

2. Spread bottom of roll with mustard.

3. Cover with pickles.

4. Top with roast pork, ham, swiss cheese, mayo and top of roll.

5. Grill on press until cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Baking Time : 2 minutes
Freezing: not recommended

Makes: 1 sandwich

Tip:
1. Warm ham on Panini press prior to putting it in the sandwich. Don’t have a Panini press? Just use a frying pan and press down on sandwich with spatula or bottom of heavy pot. Be careful!
2. This is a great sandwich for using up last night’s pork roast.
