Carpetbagger Steak


beef tenderloin, strip loin or rib eye steaks 1-1 ½ “ (2.5-3.8cm) thick
4 Bick’s® 1/4 Dills - Garlic
4 oz. (125g) brie or blue cheese, divided into 4 pieces
Olive oil
Coarse salt
1. With a sharp knife cut a pocket into the side of each steak, being careful not to cut through. Stuff each steak with cheese and 1 pickle and secure with toothpicks. Rub steaks with olive oil and sprinkle generously with coarse salt.

2. Place on hot grill and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reaches 125-135ºF (52-57ºC) for medium rare. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 10-15 minutes
