1lb (500g) ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14oz / 398mL) diced tomatoes
1 can (19oz / 540mL) kidney beans
1 can (5½ oz / 156mL) tomato paste
1 cup (250mL) Bick’s® Sweet Corn Relish
½ cup (125mL) chopped parsley
½ cup (125mL) water
1 tsp (5mL) oregano
3 tbsp (45mL) chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
1. Brown beef, garlic and onion in large saucepan.

2. Drain fat.

3. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Simmer, covered 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 1 hour

Makes: 8 servings

Tip:
1. Great for filling tacos or burritos. Serve with your favourite condiments: sour cream, cilantro, tortilla chips, shredded cheese, Bick’s Hot Pepper Rings etc.
