Dilly Crunch Cheese Ball

1 pkg cream cheese, softened (250g/8oz)
1 ½ cups (375 mL) grated old cheddar cheese
½ cup (125 mL) Bick’s® Dill Pickles - Garlic
¼ cup (50 mL) green onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
½ cup (125 mL) walnuts, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) parsley (fresh or dried), finely chopped
1. Combine first 5 ingredients, beating until smooth.

2. Cover and chill until firm, 2 hours or overnight.

3. Shape into a ball and roll in a mixture of nuts and parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Chilling Time : 2 hours to overnight

Makes: 1 ball
